The 118th Scientific Session has been scheduled for November 7-10, 2010 and will be held at The Drake Hotel, 140 East Walton Place Chicago, IL 60611 2010 Exhibit and Sponsorship Prospectus HOTEL RESERVATIONS Make your hotel reservations at The Drake Hotel early! Special WSA rates are $249 US for Single/Double occupancy, plus tax. The deadline for this special guestroom rate of $249 US per night is Saturday, October 16, 2010. Reservations received after this date are subject to rate and space availability, so don’t delay! Reservations can be made via phone or email. Phone reservations are accepted during the following hours: Monday thru Friday 7:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m., Saturday 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. or Sunday 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. CST. CANCELLATION POLICY A first night’s deposit is required to guarantee reservations. The Drake Hotel requires at least 72 hours advance notice for cancellations; cancellations received within 72 hours of the arrival day will result in the forfeiture of the first night’s deposit.
